ODA receives claims for compensation of costs incurred by patent holders
From 1 July to 15 September 2023, the Entrepreneurship Development Organisation will receive applications for compensation from patent holders who are becoming self-employed. The request for compensation of up to 10,000 lei per beneficiary is made by submitting a standard online application for compensation, accompanied by supporting documents on the expenses incurred, using the electronic form that can be filled in here.
The applicant for compensation who does not have a qualified electronic signature or opts for another way of submitting the application, may apply for the provision of the respective service at the unified centres for the provision of public services or territorial subdivisions of the State Tax Service.
Expenses eligible for compensation:
- expenses related to the purchase and installation of cash register and tax memory control equipment or related digital solutions;
- expenses relating to the furnishing of the place of activity (furniture, display stands, lighting objects and systems, building materials, labelling, printing and copying equipment);
- expenditure on the purchase of fixed assets needed to improve working conditions.
Compensation will be granted within 30 days of acceptance of the application for expenditure incurred from 1 January 2023. Disbursement of expenses will be made by the ODA through the Government Electronic Payment Service (MPay).
